My name is Erika Wong. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and mom of 3. My career in nutrition has taken me through some interesting adventures. From Boston to L.A., from consulting to cooking, from traveling to public speaking. At the end of the day, I have always remained committed to helping people eat well in a simple, no-fuss kind of way. 

In today’s culture, many people follow their own 'diet' or food plan.  This is often based on fads and trends such as low-carb, gluten free, Paleo, vegan, keto, ‘clean,’ fasting, etc.  My nutrition philosophy is based on science and common sense.  I am not extreme - I believe that you CAN include foods like red meat or butter in small amounts.  I believe that we sometimes spend too much time focusing on issues such as organic / non-GMO foods or artificial sweeteners, and not enough time on the more fundamental issues - like how to consistently cook and eat more vegetables.
